AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Gang,

Thanks a lot for your help, I got that problem fixed and able to create functional briks using matlab.

But I need some more help related to reading briks using matlab.

Actually my original EP brik is very huge (around 600 MB), so Ziad suggested me to grab some slices at one time and do my stuff. Actually my program is working fine, but when I ask to pick 1 to 10 slices (using Opt.Slices = [1:10]), in which order does the 'BrikLoad' function get the slices i.e., whether in the sequential order or in someother way. I have a total of 37 slices in my EP data.

Thanks,
Srikanth.
