AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

Thanks for your reply. Actually I read a functional brik which is in tlrc using 'BrikLoad' function, and used the 'Info' from that brik (modified some parts of Info), to create my new functional brik 'Area_info' in tlrc, using 'WriteBrik' function in Matlab. But I don't know why I am getting the output Brik which is displayed in .orig form.

Do I need to set something in the 'Info' structure to create the brik in +tlrc view or in this case is it creating in tlrc but showing in orig form.

Even when I ran the following command, it's giving similar error.

3drefit -view tlrc Area_func+orig

***DATASET error: have no warp but have no data on disk as well
PURGING dataset ./Area_func+tlrc.HEAD from memory
** 3drefit: Can't open dataset Area_func+orig

Let me know.

Thanks,
Srikanth.
