yes it does look like the roi in AFNI
but wait...there's more!
so....at second glance it does appear to have done everything...but what we find isn't what we were expecting. Looking at the ROI on the standardized brain (where created) compared to the overlay on the original brain, it seems to migrate (keeps the form but moves anteriorly SIGNIFICANTLY).
Would this be right just because the standardization makes that much of a difference?
Would it be any different if we were to move a ROI from the original to the standardized brain? (aka the reverse conversion)
