AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Jennine,

Start by looking at rh.Vip_Early.1D.dset. What is the output of:

head -20 rh.Vip_Early.1D.dset
wc rh.Vip_Early.1D.dset

Since column 0 of rh.Vip_Early.1D.dset should be a list of node
indices, pick an index that you see there and add it as a debug node.
You might also consider adding a generic debug option. Try adding
these options to 3dSurf2Vol:

-debug 3
-dnode 1000

I chose 1000 for the node, but of course I have no idea what is in
your rh.Vip_Early.1D.dset dataset. Please replace 1000 by a useful
node index.

That should provide us with more information.
