Hi,

I'm very new to using AFNI and have a pretty basic question regarding how to set up the stimulus file for 3dDeconvolve.

My experiment consists of showing emotional faces that last for 3 seconds in an event-related design. Randomly, cross-hairs appear between the faces (also for 3 seconds). The TR is = 2. Should the stimfile be set up to reflect 1 second resolution?

E.g., If the following images were presented in this order (each for 3 seconds)

Fear
Happy
Cross-hairs
Fear

Then my Fear stim_file would look like:

Is this correct?
