AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

hello gang

thanks for the quick reply.

In answer to your queries:

1. the mask is still the same. I had used 3dAutomask with a dilation of 3 on it.

2. It is true that as in any case the dimensions can be specified from the mask itself the nx, ny etc is redundant. I did run the following command:

AlphaSim -iter 1000 -rmm 5.2 -pthr 9e-06 -fwhmx 22.12 -fwhmy 25.63 -fwhmz 19.98 -mask auto.mask.di3.obs.011+orig. -out expt

just to double check and I still got the output I got yesterday with an alpha starting from 0.023 as compared to a cluster size of 2 voxels for an alpha of 0.05 from before.
