AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I've got 2GB of RAM. I guess I didn't realize that having the mask doesn't restrict the output dataset. Of course, the values for most of the voxels are zero, but the file will still be very large.

I just set those two environment variables and then re-ran Case 2; here's what I got (same error as before):
++ Program 3dmaskave: AFNI version=AFNI_2006_03_21_1314 [32-bit]
+++ 246 voxels survive the mask
++ Program 3dDetrend: AFNI version=AFNI_2006_03_21_1314 [32-bit]
*** Illegal inputs to startup_lsqfit
** FATAL ERROR: Choleski factorization fails: linearly dependent vectors!

Any ideas?
