AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Okay, This may be a dumb question, but I have searched the message board high and low, with no luck. I am running a deconvolution analysis on my data (in the middle of an ANOVA, as per How to #5)...

Essentially, my question is what should my stim vectors look like for this analysis. I have them currently with 1120 values, with a 1 when my stim is presented and a 0 otherwise; I have 1120 frames in my study... but when I run 3dDeconvolve, I get an error saying my stim vectors are not long enough.

What am I doing wrong?
