AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Here's the script: I actually got the .mat files to input correctly as they are 117 digits long... however, my 1D stim files don't seem to be working. I have 4 runs of 280 frames each for 1120 total; my stim files are currently 1120 digits long; when I run this script I get the message

3dDeconvolve Error: Input stimulus time series file mleftleftde.1D is too short

currently the 1D file is essentially 0's and 1's with 1's when my stims are presented. Any ideas?
