AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

just by resaving the file, wc now says:

1120 1120 2240 mleftleftde.1D

but, afni still says the file is too short. I have another question about this that may have some relevance...

my design is event related...

1. When running the deconvolve, should I only have one 1 when my stim begins, or a block of 1s over the course of the response when I want afni to deconvolve a resonse out of. that is:
should I do this: 000000011111100000000 ... because over the 12 sec of the block of ones is where i would like afni to deconvolve the response,
or should I do this: 000000010000000000000 ... because it is event related and afni will know to shift where it is deconvolving from...

thanks
