Hi Aparna,

In order to know which corner of the volume you must look at
to verify the coordinates of the orign, you should know the
exact orientation. The fact that the slices are sagittal
means there are only 16 possibilities, instead of 48.

What is the output of '3dinfo' on that dataset? That will
tell you the orientation and origin.

Note that it is a little odd to use "*" with -infile_prefix,
rather than -infile_pattern. Examples of those options:

-infile_prefix run1/image
-infile_prefix image
-infile_pattern run1/image*.dcm
-infile_pattern *.dcm
