Hi Rick,
Yes, it is a anatomical dataset. But I just realised something (which I should have realised earlier and saved ur time :) ). Dimon actually performed 2 dicom sorts , hence the first file in my raw directory was not the actual first file. When i check the co-ods for the first file as specified by dimon they match. Sorry for wasting your time.
Just one more question. In the case where the first raw image was being displayed as the last sagittal slice (upper left corner) coods is actually correctly specified by Dimon as the first file. I am confused as to why then does it show up as the last sagittal slice instead of first?
Dimon says:
final run statistics:
volume info :
slices : 160
z_first : -96.4718
z_last : 78.2312
z_delta : 1.0988
run # 5 : volumes = 1, first file (#0) = 1.3.12.2.1107.5.2.6.24063.30000007081616442629600002335
But in the sagittal viewer the 0th slice is x : 78.2312 and the 159th slice is x= -96.4718. Should\'nt it be the other way around? Wonder what I have overlooked this time!!
(Is an afni default that sagittal view always goes from left to right?)
Thanks for your patience,
aparna
