AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Daniel,

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you so much for solving the problems. That's really helpful.

One more question about the problem of the dataset with *.dcm files ( the ones with different labelling like 0102, 0103, 0104). I used to3d to convert them into several BRIK files for different labels but each of them looks like that only one dimension is with clear image (for example, image from 0102 has high resolution in Sagital plane but very poor resolutions for the other two). I eventually need just one BRIK file with clear image for coronal, sagital and axial view. Now each of them looked differently. Do you know how to do it ?

I am actually using the anatomical image for MEG analysis. So I will need to extract the brain shape based on the anatomical image......

Thanks !
