AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Here's an interesting thing...

I am doing QC on some fits that I have created - I'm staying "in touch" with my data. I load several sessions at once using:

afni -R *5.fid &

Then I set up an image window with my fit bucket overlayed to look at the stat map. And a plot window to look at the fits. I load the first session and use Opt->Tran 1D to select and overlay the fit data set - and I leave the Dataset#N plugin window open. Then I switch sessions and change the overlay Dataset#N and Set+Keep... etc.

This works for a while, then at some point, I'm not sure when, I start to get the following: The fit overlay does not display correctly. The figures I attached show the fit as a overlay on the data (fitover) and the data as an overlay on the fit (fitunder). As you can see, the fit is[/is] correct, but doesn't display correctly in the fitover.

Any advice? TIA.
