AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Some questions:

(1) So you switch sessions, giving you the new underlay graph. Then you manually use Dataset#N to select the new overlay dataset to graph. That works through several session changes, but then goes bad?

(2) And if you then manually interchange their roles (via the 'Overlay' and Dataset#N controls), things are cool?

(3) And if you manually switch back to the way you want it -- that restores the problem or things are OK at that point?

Offhand, I'd guess that something to do with the automatic directory rescan is happening, but that's just a wild surmise on a peak in Darien.
