AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Just tried this same thing on another subject with the same result. Here are the error messages (pasted from the terminal) when attempting to open the output of 3dDeconvolve (either with or without smoothing):

++ Notice SUMA_LoadDsetFile (SUMA_Color.c:5948):
dset has no mesh parent, assigning SO
-- Error SUMA_OKassign (SUMA_Color.c:5868):
Node index range outside
0 and SO->N_Node
++ Notice SUMA_LoadDsetFile (SUMA_Color.c:5952):
Could not assign dset to SO.
Trying to assign to domain parent.
-- Error SUMA_OKassign (SUMA_Color.c:5868):
Node index range outside
0 and SO->N_Node
-- Error SUMA_LoadDsetFile (SUMA_Color.c:5954):
Cannot assign dset to SO
or its local domain parent

Thanks,
Adam
