Two questions:
1.) Does this program officially do away with the need to obliquify / deobliquify (http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/dglen/Obliquity/) ?
2.) Is it generally advisable to Talairach the epis using this program during pre-processing (because of the single step transform), or is it generally better to wait and Talairach the output of 3dDeconvolve (for example) immediately prior to doing a group analysis? I ask because Talairaching doesn't appear to currently be a default option. Is that simply because you need to run @auto_tlrc on the anat separately before you Talairach the epis using this program, or is there some deeper reason that it doesn't Talairach the epis by default?
Thanks!
