I think the original error stems from the script trying to remove the file(s) __tt_epi_r03*, which doesn't exist. (from the line "rm -f __tt_epi_r03*" prior to the Traceback of errors, from my first post). Is there any reason you can think of as to why this failed to be created in the process? Thanks.
