Hi Rick, no worries as all, and thank you for considering it. I think many AFNI people would find such an option a great help, since with one function one can easily get tables for publication (coordinates and t/F stats). Right now one has to go through too many steps, which seems unnecessarily complicated.
For now absolutely, 3dclust is great, only as we discussed it doesn't work if one has performed a 1erode option in 3dmerge, in which case one has to:
1.3dmerge -prefix clusters ...1erode ...etc
2. 3dcalc -a clusters+orig -b stats+orig'[1]' -expr 'b*step(a)' -prefix t _stats_masked
3.Than do another step of 3dclust ...
Which is ok, but just not very efficient.
