Hello,

I am trying to draw ROIs on the MNI registered dataset using the Atlas colors option. I have been told previously that the Atlas colors plug in will provide an approximation of the overall region and the Where am I option would provide a more precise localization.
When I open the MNI registered dataset and choose the Atlas colors option the color does not show up on the image, even when the See Overlay option is turned on.
Do I have to transform my data to the Talairach format? If so, is there a way to obtain the transformation matrix (.mat file)? I would like to use the atlas tools to draw ROIs on the standard space image and then register those ROIs to the original sugject space.
