Quick question -- when I run align_epi_anat.py the final project seems to have a "_al" suffix. However, when I used to run it, it used to have a "_vr_al" suffix. This may be due to our recent update to the newest binaries. When I 3dinfo the new "_al" file it shows that 3dAllineate used 1Dmatrix apply with the matrix for registration and alignment, further my motion 1D files were created. So it appears that it did in fact perform the volreg.
Is this simply a change in the way the files are being named with the updated align_epi_anat?
