Hi Woogul,

Creating a statistical ROI can be done following examples #3, 5 and 6
from the output of "3dcalc -help".

But it is not clear to me how you want to compare the BOLD signal changes
between subjects. Do you want to create average MRI curves over the ROI
for each subject? Or do you want to directly compare the beta weights in
your group of subjects.

If you could provide specific details of what numbers you want to compare,
that would be helpful.
