AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Dear Rick,

Thank you for your answer.
I attached files that I want to perform in my study (captured by other articles).
For example, as comparing two conditions in the group analysis (condition A – condition B), there are two activations.
Then, I want to see correlations between signal changes of these two activations and individuals’ characteristics measured by self-report questionnaires (like figure 1).
And, I want to compare signal changes of these two activations across conditions and groups that I divide based on participants’ characteristics (like figure 2).
I am not sure whether I understood your comment exactly.
But, I would need to directly compare the beta weights in my group of subjects for my purposes.
Am I correct?
And, in that case, could I still use the “3dcalc” examples for my purposes?
