I'm running an event-related context-dependent correlation analysis and I've gotten up to running 3dTfitter according to Gang's web page. I'm a little lost at this point. The webpage states:

"The interaction at neuronal level can be represented by the pair-wise product between the event timing file in 0s and 1s and the seed response, Neuron.1D,"

1deval -a AvsBcoding.1D -b NeuronCondAndCondB -expr 'a*b' > NR_AvsB.1D

I'm not sure where the Neuron.1D file came from. Is it supposed to be the output from 3dTfitter? Additionally, in the 1deval line, does the NeuronCondAndCondB refer to the output from 3dTfitter?

That's what I thought, but I'm getting an error message:
** Time series file Str4andRefNeuronal_LftCaudate.1D is too short!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Aaron
