AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Woogul,

Then you might want the 3dcalc -expr to be 'step(c) * min(200, a/b*100)'.
The 'step()' function will not end up multiplying by 0.3333, say, at the
edges of the mask.

I guess there was no -concat option used at the time that you gave the
regressor maximums.

So at this point you are satisfied with the precuneus beta values, yes?

Atlas ROIs may be better for you because they are independent of the
stimuli. Comparing 'a' betas across areas that were statistically
significant might start to get you in trouble. But I'll let others
answer that statistical question.
