Hi Rick,
I was trying the WAV and BLOCK options in 3dDeconvolve and ran this following command, assuming my stimulus is shown for 2 sec at the very beginning.
3dDeconvolve -nodata 15 2.5 -num_stimts 2 -polort -1 -local_times -x1D stdout: -stim_times 1 '1D: 0' 'WAV(2)' -stim_times 2 '1D: 0' 'BLOCK(2,1)' | 1dplot -one -stdin -xlabel Time -dx 2.5 -ynames WAV BLOCK
But somehow, the peak from WAV output seems to be delayed by a TR when compared to the output from BLOCK function. Why is this the case and then on what basis should we decide what to use?
Thanks,
Srikanth.
