AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I have a related question and therefore will also repost my initial request.

I followed instructions for the context-dependent correlation analysis on the afni site

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

and now reached step 7, where the first 3dcalc command is used to determine the sign of the correlation coefficient.

With 3dinfo, I was able to determine the subbrick in the output file of step 6 (3dDeconvolve in order to do the regression analysis). However, it is unclear to me where I can find the subbrick for the beta value. I get a coefficient and a t statistic for each TR I was interested in + the overall R2 with its corresponding F statistic.

Thank you very much for your help and suggestions,
Jana
