Again, the magic of 3dDeconvolve will recommend the appropriate specification, just look at the saved output. In this context, allow me to second Rick's suggestion that you try out afni_proc.py--it computes the recommended polort automatically. But in this instance, yes, I think it will be 4 or 5 instead--I can't remember the formula off the top of my head.
