At least I haven't lost my mind entirely then. I have started uploading the archive, will take a while I imagine. Both the R scripts are there as well.

I have attached a few pics whose names should hopefully be self-explanatory which give an idea of what I am seeing in the analyses. Also, it is only 11 subjects, but I understand the problem I am having is in the wrong direction from what you have said, so I'll be interested to see what you come up with.
