Hi Christy,

As Ziad said, slow motion is okay, but sudden is not. In light
of that, many people just look at the derivative of the motion
parameters and look for large numbers. Those would indicate
sudden and large motion.

Some people might censor any pair of TRs with a derivative of
more than 1, 1.5 or 2, for example.

1d_tool.py can take the derivative of motion files, either as
single runs or concatenated runs.

Consider example 7 of "1d_tool.py -help". Please feel free to
ask for details about the program.
