AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I am running 3dROIstats to find the mean on multiple ROIs that I created. I originally made them using the whereami command and then I converted them from hi res TT space to low res subject space using 3dallineate and 3dfractionize. So now I have ROI files that are -epan and 3dinfo also states:
At sub-brick #0 '#0' datum type is short: 0 to 10000

I completed 3droistats previously on hand-drawn -fim ROIs that state:
-- At sub-brick #0 '#1' datum type is short: 0 to 2

Those are the only two differences I can find in 3dinfo. What is the cause for this and how would I go about determining 3dROIstats for my ROIs?
