Sorry if I was not clear, but I was interested in t-values. Say for example that region x is significantly activated in both the contrast A and the contrast B, and therefore is in the conjunction AB. Its t-value in the contrast A is 3, and its t-value in the contrast B is 5. What is the t-value of the region x relative to the conjunction? Should I report the least significant T value from the two contrast (3)?
SPM outputs t-values relative to conjunction analyses, and I was wondering how are they computed and how you do that in AFNI.
