Hi Gang,
I did 3DGC.R again, but it still could not work...below is my procedure:
this time I only use one run (because the size of 6 runs is too large)
Analysis type (0: quit; 1: individual)? 1
Subject 3d+time file name (suffix unnecessary,e.g., test+tlrc): Facestim_base+tlrc
Any mask (0: no; 1: yes)? 1
Mask file name (suffix unnecessary, e.g., mask+tlrc): ffamask+tlrc
Number of breaks in the time series? 0
Seed time series file name (in one-column format, e.g., seed.1D): Face_1R.1D
Plot out the seed time series (0: no; 1: yes)? 0
[Order of polynomials for drifting effects (note: -1 means no trend removal!)? 3
Any other covariates or confounding effects than drift (0: no; 1: yes)? 1
Number of covariates (e.g., 6)? 6
Covariates data type (0: MULTIPLE one-column files; 1: ONE multi-column file)? 1Covariates file name: usc_r1_noheader.1D
Does this multi-column file have a header (0: no; 1: yes)? 0
Name for covariate number 1? x_tran
Name for covariate number 2? y_tran
Name for covariate number 3? z_tran
Name for covariate number 4? x_rot
Name for covariate number 5? y_rot
Name for covariate number 6? z_rot
Plot out covariates time series provided by you (0: no; 1: yes)? 0
Select order of VAR model (e.g., 1)? 1
Output file name (no view+suffix needed, e.g., myOutput): usc_1R_output
Some steps I just follow your example in the AFNI website, so I'm not sure whether it is correct or not. Or may I attach my files so it will be more clear?
