To start with, I'm unclear why you say that IM doesn't accept married parameters since the afni_proc.py help page (http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/pub/dist/doc/program_help/afni_proc.py.html) says:
IM: have (exactly) one married parameter
==> use -stim_times_IM in 3dDeconvolve command
Am I looking at an outdated version of the help page?
Okay, so I am not interested in generating a different beta value for each event. So I would like to use AM1 I guess. I am running into some issues when I try to run the script that way though:
1. Some of my timing files have a line with just * on it to indicate that the run had no data. There are also some timing files that have a * on both lines because neither run had data for that condition in the model. When I try to run the script I get:
** FATAL ERROR: '-stim_times_AM1 2' file 'stimuli/scan1to2NPNB.1D' doesn't have any auxiliary values per time point! [nopt=19]
==> To have NO valid times, use a time of '-1' and 'marry' it as desired.
I have included "-test_stim_files no" directly under the afni_proc.py command
and
"-allzero_OK" directly under "-regress_opts_3dD" to try and account for problems with the timing files. How do I address this issue?
Thank you!!
