Gang,

Thanks for pointing out 3dLME. I think this is what I was looking for.

I've included my attempt at a model.txt file below. The goal was to create one that would test whether the estimated HRFs differ between two groups, with a covariate in the model as well. The lines I'm least confident in are the "Model:" line and the "CorStr:" line. Am I on the right track?
