Okay, thank you for that suggestion. This brings me back to one of my other questions re: alpha sim.
I ran 3dFWHMx using TT_mask_lowres+tlrc for each subject. Then averaged the smoothing estimates and ran 3dClustSim with these averages and, again, using the TT_mask_lowres+trlc. This yielded absurdly low cluster threshold for the various FDR levels, so this definitely seems like an inappropriate choice.
Do you have a suggestion for what masks I should use that would be appropriate for figuring out the cluster thresholds?
