Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,

Hi Gang,
I re-coded the six factors as you suggested (i.e., -1 and 1 rather than 0 and 1), but I got the same error that the model does not pass the test voxel. Is there a command I could add to my script that would save the log to a text file? Perhaps that would have additional information that would be helpful? Currently, I cannot scroll up far enough in my terminal window to copy all of th

Hi Gang,
Apologies if this message comes through twice, but I'm not sure it posted correctly the first time. Below are the contingency tables for my 6 factors (plus an additional factor that is listed in the DataTable, but not listed in the model statements). Thank you for your help!
Best,
Juliann

Hello Experts,
I'm trying to run a 3dMVM with 3 main variables of interest and several covariates. All are between-subjects variables, there are no within-subjects variables. The files are read in correctly, but the program fails the model test. Below is my script. I've tried running the script requesting the full facortial model, but the program runs out of memory. I'm really

Hi AFNI Experts,
I'm running a 3dMVM with 304 participants and several between subjects variables. I get the following error during the reading of input files:
** Error:
Problem with input files! Two possibilities: 1) There is a specification error
with either file path or file name. Use shell command 'ls' on the last column in the
data table to find out the problem.

We're currently having an issue where beta coefficients in the visual display overlay in AFNI show values that are outside the listed range of values. For example, the stated range in the AFNI display is -1.28 to 2.07, while the listed value for selected voxel is shown as 23.68 (see attached images), well outside the range of possible values listed. We only see this after using adwarp to nor
