Some thoughts about FMRI

The common use of "FMRI" to mean "Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging" is, in my humble opinion, a silly affectation. The standard in American English is to capitalize acronyms. Thus, you will see only "FMRI" on these Web pages and in the AFNI documentation.
