Hmm, do you have an older version of the NMT template?
If you type:
3dinfo NMT_SS.nii.gz
what is the top information like "Identifier Code" and "template space"? On my computer, for that file (from the MACAQUE_DEMO), it is:
Dataset File: NMT_SS.nii.gz
Identifier Code: XYZ_tKgHdnPm4yCdc-49MpfWDQ Creation Date: Wed Jul 10 18:04:03 2019
Template Space: NMT
Re. the afni_proc.py code, I will take a look in a bit; how are you running it? I see the forward slashes "/" at the end; a normal continuation of line character is a backslash "\". Also, I see some commas and quotes interspersed... Is that just from running it in Python or something?
