I'm not sure about the provenance of that version, and I will ping Daniel about updating that, but if you run:
@Install_MACAQUE_DEMO
... that will download the full demo with scripts, and inside the template/ directory is an updated version of the NMT_SS.nii.gz with appropriate header (i.e., "space") info. To verify, you can run "3dinfo -space ..." on it.
