I tried this
rs_fMRI_S004_nii xiyuezh$ 3drefit -Tslices `cat Test45.1D` 'S014.rs.nii'
and it works. The nii data is 45 slices * 200 volumn. AFNI count it as 45 slices. The 1D file actually has 45 timepoints.

But when I open S014.rs.nii, the time info of each slice is still 0. I am wondering where to find the time info added.
Is this t the right place for time slicing?
