AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Jasmin,

Two parts of your waver command look questionable to me.

One is that you probably don't want to use both the '-inline'
option and the '-input' option in the same command. They
are each used to specify the stimulus timing.

The other is '0@1'. Do you mean 1@0 (1 period of rest)?
Specifying 0 timepoints of something is considered invalid
input to waver.

Since this is a 'random stimulus timing' design, you will
probably not want to use any -inline option for waver. The
RSFgen commands create randomized stimulus files, based
only on the number of each type of stimulus ("num_on", in
the script).

Would you be open to providing details on what you want
the script to do?
