As for what I would like the script to do is to give me the best number seed from the 100 number seeds.
some of my stim presentations are less then my TR of 2s, for example I have a stim presentation of 1s which runs smoothly.
but some of my stim presentations are longer then the 2s TR, for example I have a stim presentation of 3s.
so 1 1/2 TR's are on and 1/2 TR is off
which would actually be 3@1 0.5@0
If I understand you correctly, I can run the waver in the following manner regardless of whether the stim presentation is longer then my TR:
waver -GAM -dt 3.0 -numout 684 -input RSF.stim.${iter}.1.1D
is that correct?
