Ok, I installed afni using the CD instead of what I was downloading, and when I run it I now get this message:
Initializing: X11.. Widgets...... Input files:
session # 1 = /home/afni/afni_CD/ ==> 1 dataset
dataset count = 1
Time series = 0 files read
++ WARNING: AFNI_PLUGINPATH not set; searching PATH
Plugins = 0 libraries read
-orient = RAI
So I guess the problem is the pluginpath is not set, but I don't know how to set it. I can't find a .afnirc file on my computer. If it helps, I used the linux_glibc22 precompiled version.
Thanks again,
