AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm having the same problem. I've read the HowTo several times and have successfully installed AFNI on another OSX machine. However, for some reason, I can't get plugins to work on my laptop.

I've set the plugin path in the .afnirc file- my file looks like this:

***ENVIRONMENT

AFNI_PLUGINPATH = /Users/crishamilton/abin

I'll answer the questions that Rick posted above -

which afni

/Users/crishamilton/abin/afni

which Imon

/Users/crishamilton/abin/Imon

ls plug*.so

this command lists all plugins

finally,

setenv | grep AFNI_PLUGINPATH

AFNI_PLUGINPATH=plugin/abin

I've installed and reinstalled afni repeatedly, and can't get plugins to work - any help is greatly appreciated.
