AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Kay,

I doubt anyone finds your posts annoying. Rather, many of us probably have felt your pain before, albeit with different details and ultimate hard-fought solutions.

I'm guessing Ziad will be able to help you, but he may not recall your previous thread:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

I thought your problem was simply a different in orientation (e.g., anatomical something like ASR, functional LPI), but in a later post, I think you said there was some rotation of the functional off of AC-PC line (something that made me think its axes were not orthogonal to the anatomical).

Since I haven't figured out the magic of SPM .mat files, I can't help you. But if you're persistent and keep trying, I think someone else here can.

If you have EPI volumes that show more of the brain (i.e., less thresholded, so you can recognize the contours of the anatomy), they would be helpful to the AFNI wizards. I don't recall their upload site.

You can upload it to me; I doubt I'll be helpful, but I'd be glad to try:

[pulvinar.wustl.edu]

I no longer have your anatomical volume, however, so I'd need that too.
