OK, I have an experiment for you, and it doesn't involve any of our FIASCO or Pittsburgh MRI code. Take a +tlrc anatomical dataset and use it with adwarp to Talairach a functional +orig dataset. Call the result func1.
Now take the sample +tlrc anatomical dataset and run it through 3dresample -orient RAS. Use the resulting resampled +tlrc anatomical dataset with adwarp to Talairach the same functional +orig dataset. Call the result func2.
When I do this, I find that func1+tlrc and func2+tlrc don't line up- they supposedly occupy the same volume, but their difference in position is obvious when they are overlayed on top of the +tlrc anatomical dataset (either the original RAI or resampled RAS version). Is this intended?
Thanks,
-Joel
