AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have a dataset that was recorded with a sparse sampling paradigm TR=700ms followed by a delay of 9.3sec to the next acquisition.
I just imported it into AFNI with to3d set to (1) alt+z and (2) zero for the timing and a TR of 10sec. Then I ran 3dfim+ using a rectangular ideal wavefile on both BRIKs. I expected a large difference, because in case (1) acquisition was falsely distributed accross 10seconds, whereas in (2) they where treated to be acquired simultaneously.
I was surprised that the result was completely identical!
Is 3dfim+ even taking this interslice timing into account?
