Hi Jennine,

You commands look fine to me, so I must ask about the
format of your files.

What does lh_insula.1D.roi look like? What numbers
are you striping off? Hopefully you are not removing
the node indices.

What is the output of "head -20 lh_insula.1D.roi"?
