AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks for you help. Can you tell me how the stim times file (‘fred’) should be structured. Is it like the regressor files? For example, my time series has 496 trials, divided among 5 active trial types, and baseline fixation trials. So, a regressor file would be set up as 495 rows of 5 columns (e.g. if line 1 was 0 0 0 0 0 it would indicate a fixation trial at time point 1). My first two trials are baseline at 2 seconds and trial type 1 at 5 seconds. How would this be indicated in the stim times file? Would there be 495 rows and 5 columns like the regressor file?

Thanks in advance.
